With a new month comes new beginnings, new goals, and new results. February 16th celebrates the start of the Year of the Dog in the Chinese Zodiac, lasting till February 9th, 2019.
As dog lovers and owners, we understand the true bond and loyalty that our four-legged friends give us. So it comes as no surprise, that the Zodiac states those born in the Year of the Dog are sincere, loyal, and courageous. Any dog entering a home is symbolised to mean good fortune, and those born in the Year of the Dog are said to be suited to jobs such as nurses, writers, police officers, and teachers.
Icons such as Judi Dench, Sir Winston Churchill, and Prince William are all born in the Year of the Dog. The lucky numbers associated with this zodiac are 3,4,9 with lucky colours being green, red and purple!
The Chinese zodiac moves in a cycle of twelve years, so the next Year of the Dog will be in 2030! Next year is the Year of the Pig.
