Celebrating The Innocent Hound's 6th Birthday

This year on May 25th, we are celebrating The Innocent Hound's 6th birthday!
We have glanced back to see everything that our family owned business has achieved since our last birthday.
The original Innocent Hound turned 11!
Bongo, beloved lurcher and inspiration behind The Innocent Hound celebrated his 11th birthday. He enjoyed the day with cake (of course), and lots of singing by the team and fellow hound, Mash.
Mash celebrated his 5th birthday!
Younger brother and noisy counterpart Mash, turned 5. He continues to roll in things he shouldn't and annoy his older brother by stealing the sofa.
The Innocent Hound takes a trip
In the last year we have had a number of new pet shops and retailers stocking The Innocent Hound around the world from Italy, Greece and Hong Kong, to Denmark, Singapore and more!
A new addition to the Innocent team!
As the company has grown over the last year, we needed an extra pair of hands in our production room, and we were delighted to see Lewis join the team. He makes your dog's favourite treats by hand!
Shows galore
We attended a number of shows across the country with our stylish new marquee. We said hello to lots of our lovely customers, and met lots of new hounds who love our treats! This is one of the favourite parts of what we do here at The Innocent Hound, because we get to meet and chat to people (and their hounds!) who enjoy the treats we make.
Charity donations
The Innocent Hound introduced a zero food waste policy, meaning that we could use any meat leftover from production runs to turn into Charity Chunks to donate to animal rescues and charities. We donated over 400kg of these chunks to over 40 different rescues both locally and across the country.
Social enterprise partnership
We teamed up with local social enterprise Easi Works, who support adults with learning difficulties in the community with paid, outsourced work.
Brand new flavours for your Innocent hounds
Since our last birthday we have launched not one, but FIVE brand new products for your hounds to get their paws on.
Our very first training treat! Line caught tuna with British crab, an aromatic low fat dog treat made with 70% fish and sweet potato sliced into tiny, bites ready for training on the go.
Not just for adults... The Innocent Puppy has arrived! Made from 70% British lamb with yellow split pea, these mini puppy treats are perfect for pups from 8 weeks onwards.
In the last month, we have also launched The Innocent Hound's very first complete food for dogs. It isn't kibble, and it isn't wet. It isn't cold pressed, and it's not your traditional raw... Curious? Our complete dog food has been made using ethically sourced, quality British ingredients and has been gently air-dried to maintain nutrients and flavour. We are delighted to offer two irresistible flavours; British Lamb Casserole and Salmon Fishcakes!
Not forgetting our Innocent feline friends!
Our new low fat cat treat has been finely sliced for purrrrfect palettes. Made from tuna with delicious British crab and parsley, your cats won't be able to resist these fishy bites.
