We chose to use DPD to deliver our air-dried goodness to your hounds, as they are committed to being a greener, cleaner, company, just like The Innocent Hound.
Through their use of electric vehicles, their installation of solar panels on depot's, and their aim to deliver emission free in cities, DPD's goal is to be the greenest delivery courier on the planet by minimising there carbon footprint.
In order for DPD to provide the best possible delivery experience, they recommend downloading the DPD app onto your smart phone, allowing you to manage your deliveries all in one tap.
Updated app features include:
- Enhanced parcel tracking with real-time updates so you can see exactly where your driver is.
- Nominated safe place - you can designate a safe place and even add a photograph to show the driver specifically where to leave your order if you're not at home to receive it. The app gives you full control over your delivery and saves your options for all future deliveries.
- The chatbox feature allows you to send a direct message to the driver .
- Get to know your driver by viewing driver profiles and leave them feedback on their delivery performance.
