Collection in person - now available at Innocent HQ

We are now offering a "Click and Collect" option when placing your order on our website!
Innocent HQ remains a working factory where all your hound's favourite treats are made, but we can offer a COVID secure collection from our doors, following popular request.
How to order for collection:
1. Select your products on our website as normal
2. Go to checkout
3. Fill out Shipping Details
4. Select "Collection in Person" under Shipping Method
This step requires a phone number so we're able to contact you about your collection!
5. Continue to payment, then review order and confirm
Please note: Collection in Person is auto-selected as the first shipping method.
If you will not be collecting from our West Yorkshire factory, please select the appropriate shipping rate for your order.
Our factory hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 4:00pm. Any orders placed for collection will be required to be collected within these hours.
